Apologies - Blame Virgin Media UK

I would like to apologise to those of you who have been trying to make contact with me over the past 48 hours but with little success. I can assure you that said sorry situation is none of my doing and the blame lies solely at the feet of my shambolic mobile phone service provider Virgin Media UK. Their incompetence and poor customer service holds no bounds, however I intend to rectify this sad state of affairs in due course. Again apologies....
